Titanium capillaries exported to Europe
Titanium capillary was one of the most special products that we’ve ever supplied.
Seamless titanium capillary, as per ASTM B338/ASME SB338 Gr2, O.D. 1.59mm+/-0.05mm x WT0.35mm+/-0.04 x L2000 mm, were produced for our European client. We measured the outer diameter and inner diameter and performed eddy current test to make sure the titanium tube conformed to client's requirement and ASTM B338 and ASME SB338 specification.
From raw materials to finished products, the production process took more than 10 steps, and every step must be ideally kept just right, these create the final high quality titanium capillary.
Titanium has characters of high melting point, small density, high alloy strength and corrosion resistance. It was found that it has good compatibility with the human body and human tissues and no toxic side effects in the field of modern medicine. In addition, it can also be used in aircraft, ships, automobiles and various industrial instruments.
