Product Process
1. U bend tubes are processed by cold working with annealed(if required) at position of U bending area
2. According to customers drawing before production and confirmation between both parties.
3. The bending position and 150mm length leg could be relieved by resistance heating if required.
4. The radius is checked for its OD and wall thinning with the recommended specification.
5. Each tube is then hydro tested at the recommended pressure to check for leakage.
6. Visual inspection for waviness and cracks is done with Dye Penetrant Test.
