Xuyi Titan is currently the largest private titanium seamless tube manufacturer in China.
We own integrated production chain from melting titanium sponge, extruding to hollow billet, cold pilger rolling, vaccum annealing and pickling etc. Complete inspection line such as UT, ET, Hydro test, pneumatic test, chemical analysis and destructive test are available to ensure tube quality.
As largest private manufacturer, we adopt advanced high speed rolling mills which are equipped with centrifugal oil filtering and oil cooling device ensuring faster speed and more stable quality, latest type of vaccum annealing furnace with self-cooling which makes annealing effeciency being highly improved, new type of UT machine which can meet more stringent quality requirement. Other new equipment such as automatic straightening machine, internal oil feeding machine and water treatment equipment have come into use.
