Xuyi Titan is currently the largest private manufacturer of titanium seamless tubes in China. For many years, we have been dedicated to supplying titanium tubes along with a wide range of other metal materials. With the continued trust and support of our customers, we have steadily expanded our product scope beyond raw materials. Today, we also provide a variety of chemical processing equipment, precision-machined parts, nitrogen generators, and other custom-engineered solutions tailored to industrial needs.

We operate a fully integrated production chain that covers the entire process—from melting titanium sponge and extruding hollow billets to cold pilger rolling, vacuum annealing, and pickling. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with high-speed rolling mills featuring centrifugal oil filtering and cooling systems for enhanced efficiency and quality consistency. We also employ the latest vacuum annealing furnaces with self-cooling capabilities and newly upgraded ultrasonic testing systems to meet increasingly stringent quality demands. Other key equipment such as automatic straightening machines, internal oil-feeding systems, and water treatment units are also in place to support high-standard production.
