2. Transition Arrangement
To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any disruption to our existing business, the following arrangements will apply:
For orders already placed before the effective date:
During the transition period, payments related to existing orders may continue to be made to our previous company name and existing bank account as originally specified in the relevant orders, Proforma Invoices, or invoices.
For all new orders placed on or after the effective date:
All new orders will be contracted under our new company name, and all corresponding payments shall be remitted to the new bank account stated above.
This transition arrangement is intended to ensure continuity of our existing business while implementing the new company and banking information for all future orders.
We kindly request you to update your records accordingly and ensure that the appropriate company and bank account information is used according to the above arrangement.
3. Business Continuity
Please be assured that this change is administrative in nature only. There is no change to our actual business operations, management, products, services, personnel, or business relationship with our customers. Our business activities will continue as usual, and this update does not affect the validity or continuity of our existing business arrangements.
