Analysis of Titanium Sponge Price in November 2020
In November 2020, China's titanium sponge output reached 10,780 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 33.65% and a month-on-month increase of 2.76%.
From January to November, the total output was about 101,900 tons, a year-on-year increase of 31.05 percent. With the release of titanium sponge production capacity and the gradual recovery of the market price, some enterprises which have stopped production in Liaoning have recovered, and the titanium sponge production reached a new high in November. With the release of production capacity in Xinjiang, the production of titanium sponge in Xinjiang has entered the top three production areas, with Liaoning, Sichuan and Xinjiang accounting for 34%, 20% and 17%, respectively, of the domestic total output. The military industry market of titanium sponge maintains good, and the civil market recovers. With the overall recovery of the market, the demand for titanium sponge will continue to improve. At present, the raw material price of titanium continues to rise, and the market price of titanium sponge will also continue to rise steadily.
